5. Broomsedge Wing Shooting Weekend for Four Hunters

6. 5-Day Rhino Darting Experience

Nancy Lee Gysin, the US representative for Rockwood Rhino Conservancy has generously donated an exciting opportunity for 1 hunter and their non-hunting companion to use a non- lethal dart on a dangerous rhino in the Northern Cape of South Africa. Rockwood Rhino Conservancy is offering this donation to bring awareness to the conservation efforts being made by the team. Accompanied by licensed certified veterinarian, owner Wicus, your Professional Hunter will guide you first-hand on a walk and stalk management dart hunt for this prehistoric mammal. We will collect valuable DNA samples, micro-chipping and perform an overall health check.

Included in the donation are: 5 Day Safari at Rockwood Rhino Conservancy for 1 hunter and 1 non-hunter, a Rhino Management Dart, lodging in a private en-suite, 3 home cooked meals daily, snacks, local beers and wines, soft drinks, daily maid service, daily laundry, lodge staff service, PH, tracker, skinners, field dressing, caping, trophy pick-up service by local taxidermist for processing, and use of Full service Lodge.

7. Youth-Adult Combo Hunt in Florida - Deer, Hogs, Turkey, Wood Ducks

Longtime Georgia Chapter supporter, Larry Shores, has donated a hunt for a parent and a child on his private ranch in Levy County, Florida. The hunt is for two days and two nights. The successful bidder can hunt the following or some combination thereof: Deer, Hogs, Osceola Turkey, and / or Wood Ducks. Deer - a total of four does and two bucks may be taken, or a combination thereof subject to state law established limits. Bucks must be 8-points or larger for the adult. Any legal buck for the youth hunter. No limit on the number of hogs taken. A total of two turkeys may be taken. Wood ducks may be hunted during the established season. The ranch is intensively managed and has been featured on the TV show Nick’s Wild Ride where Nick Hoffman had a successful turkey and alligator hunt. The timing of seasons for each species and bag limits are governed by state law. Hunt will need to be scheduled based on timing of seasons and Larry’s availability. Hunting hogs at night with thermal imaging equipment is available. However, there will be no nighttime shooting of hogs during deer season or just before. The donation includes food and lodging during the hunt. Hunters will need to sign a liability waiver. Not included: licenses, travel to and from Florida, taxidermy, or meat processing. 8. Arizona Coues or Mule Deer Hunt

Billy Gonzales of Arizona Bucks and Bulls has donated a Four day fully outfitted Coues or Mule deer hunt. Donation includes a full time cook, transportation from Tucson Airport and back, trophy fee for the animal selected, lodging in either heated canvas tents or an RV close to the hunting grounds, guide, and meals. Tags are available OTC for archery or by draw for rifle. Rifle hunters typically get drawn within 1 to 3 years. Outfitter will hold the hunt until they choose to come. The hunt will be hosted at Marc Stewart’s farm in Twiggs County or can be done on your own property provided you are located in Georgia. Expect to shoot 2 boxes of shells per day but these birds are tough, and you will likely only harvest one to two each day.
